SiGeKo (health and safety coordinator)


As the owner of a building project, you are bound by the provisions of the building site ordinance. It serves the safety and health protection of employees on construction sites and regulates the obligations of the client or his contractor during the planning and execution of the project. The precise performance obligations of the SiGeKo were specified in the rules for occupational safety on construction sites (RAB 30).

 

The following services can be provided by us as a SiGeKo:

 

  • the advance notice of construction projects to the competent authority

 

  • the on-site provision of the coordinator

 

  • the development of the safety and health protection plan for construction sites and for particularly dangerous work

 

  • Coordination of the measures according to § 4 ArbSchG (general principles)
